At Live Rough Clothing, we strive for your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure a smooth process for both damaged or faulty items and unwarranted returns.

1. Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 45-day return window for damaged or faulty items from the date of delivery. Customers can contact our support team within this period to initiate the return process.

2. Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to returned items that are not damaged or faulty. To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition; otherwise, the return will be void.

3. Shipping Costs: We cover the shipping costs for returning damaged, faulty, or incorrect items. Customers will receive a prepaid shipping label to facilitate the return process.

4. Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) meeting the aforementioned criteria, a refund will be processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
